湖北省文艺评论家协会、湖北美术学院拟举办首届“新文科.新艺科”国际学术论坛。以文培元，以美育人，从学科重组、文理交叉，新技术融入，学科间的跨越融通，实现价值共享等方面展开，从学理层面回应现实需求，实现“新文科.新艺科”建设理论突破。
凝聚共识，碰撞思想，着眼艺科融合，推动专业跨界，重建设计人文，构建以美育为中心的发展新格局、推动文科教育创新发展、加快培养新时代文科人才，探索中国艺术教育发展的自主之路。从新时代、新需求、新变化视角思考与探索人才、教学、管理、育人的新机制。

The initiative for the construction of new liberal arts is bound to have a fundamental impact on the fast-paced changing society in today’s China. Inspired by the Declaration of Construction of New Liberal Arts, HLACA and HIFA have jointly organized the inaugural international academic forum, titled with “New Liberal Arts. New Art Education”. In an attempt to make a breakthrough on the interpretation of“New Liberal Arts. New Art Education” theory, a multifaceted approach should be taken, in the context of discipline reorganization, integration between science and art, introduction of new technologies, interdisciplinary practice， realization of shared values and etc, hence creating an interface between educational theories and practical needs. Empowered by shared visions and creative minds, we endeavor to play our part in driving the professional interdisciplinary practice, rebuilding of the design and humanities, integration between science and art, intended to drive the innovative development of liberal arts education, the cultivation of liberal arts talents for the new era, and the exploration of self-development of Chinese art education, centering around the action plans for new art education. From the perspectives of new era, new needs and new changes, we strive to rethink and experiment new ways to educate and manage liberal art talents.
The forum will be held in Wuhan May 29th-30th, 2021. Effective today, we would like to invite you to submit your papers, which will be subject to blind review and selected for presentation during the forum on the basis of merits.

1．论文应为作者原创，且尚未在国内外公开发表过的无版权争议的文章。
2．论文字数以6000 - 10000字为宜，来稿需注明作者工作单位、职称和联系方式等。
1.All paper should be the original one and it should NOT be published in any manner before the conference, and NOT subject to any copyright conflicts.
2.6,000-10,000 words is the recommended length for the paper, and the correct affiliation/designation and contact information of the authors/co-authors shall be clearly noted on paper.
1、本论坛设立专门的论文评审委员会，从征收的稿件中评选出一、二、三等奖及入围奖，对入选者颁发奖励证书奖励。
1.All paper should be subject to review by the independent review panel of the forum, and there will be first/second/third and nomination prizes given to the authors/co-authors of selected papers, who will also be awarded with certificates.
